Uses: Anxiety, depression, weakened digestion, painful menstrual, excessive menstrual bleeding, nerve pains, sciatica, excessive urination, jaundice, anemia, weak appetite, cough, asthma, weakness of gut-level instincts or boundaries
Actions: Anti-inflammatory, antidepressant, astringent, vulnerary, nervine, antimicrobial
Precautions: Long term use can cause sensitivity to light—sunburn. Avoid if taking antidepressants, birth control or anticoagulants.
